Requesting Student Technology Assistance

The following document will highlight how KIPP Texas Public Schools' families and students are able to request technology assistance.

Requirements

Here are the requirements in order to formally request student technology assistance by Support Type:

• Ticket Submission

  • Active E-Mail Address
  • Modern Browser for Self Help Support

Individuals submitting support requests are advised to keep watch of the email address used, as support agents will be replying with technology advise and/or support.

IT Support Services offers the following channels of support for our students:

  • The preferred method of requesting technology support is through the Student Support Portal

• • Individuals wishing to receive technology assistance via the Student Support Portal are also able to view helpful documents and Support Guides such as:
